By Senator Windows"Being new to Ireland, the Balcony system is meeting current design trends that favour increased light in new properties, particularly for apartments and luxury homes. As a result, we have been nominated by a number of local architects and developers who recognise its suitability for these property styles, as well as its ability to withstand the rigours of our climate.

"The close working relationship between Balcony and Senator ensures any technical or ordering queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Balcony's support is second-to-none, so nothing is ever a problem. Feedback from clients on the product has been fantastic; everyone loves it. Instead of looking at the balcony, they can see through it and, of course, that is a big bonus for enjoyment of the scenery."

By Mrs. L. R."Balcony was extremely helpful, with plenty of ideas and technical advice - right down to the positioning of posts to maximise the clear outlook. It was 100% exactly what we wanted; the bronze handrail and tinted glass complements the property perfectly.

"Minimum visual interference is important as you are drawn straight through to the view outside when you enter the room. We were going to have a stone-pillared balcony to match the ground floor one, but that would have spoiled the views. The Balcony system appealed to us as it is unobtrusive and literally appears to 'brings the outside in'."

By Projects Director, Wiggett Construction"Balcony provided the technical advice and design criteria for curved balconies and curved sliding patio door access for two large penthouse apartments at a luxury apartment complex in Oldham.

"Having discussed the technical aspects with Balcony and learned about the curved sliding door system, which was very reasonably priced, we had our solution. Up to then, we had not been able to find an answer to the structural curves in glass/aluminium on the British market."

"Balcony's solution is both aesthetically satisfying and achieved considerable economies on other quoted systems - none of which could deal with the curves. Balcony's installation teams also integrated well with the contract programme and we are extremely satisfied with the company's contribution to this successful project."

By Mr. R T"I had a curved patio door and balustrading installed at my double-fronted Edwardian end-of-terrace house, which underwent extensive refurbishment to create a contemporary modern living space.

"Balcony made a very positive impression. The quotation was clear and the scope was easy to identify. I was particularly impressed by the excellent preparation on site prior to the order being finalised and later co-operation with the builder to ensure the structure was suitably prepared to avoid any interface problems.

"Delivery was as promised. It's an excellent product that is not only pleasing to look at, it works well too. The Balcony product is good value compared to other solutions which are not as technically competent.

"I'm very pleased, very good service."

By Mr. P H"Balcony supplied a double curved patio door and our fitters had technical support throughout the installation. Balcony is a very good company to deal with; it did exactly what it said they would. Good service and good quality; someone always rang back when they said they would. I'm quite chuffed really!

"A company in Germany wanted three times the cost for a similar product. The Balcony door is a really good product and the pricing is spot on as well."

By Mr. K B., Donavin Homes Ltd"We had struggled to find a supplier for a specialist door, but found what we wanted at Balcony. We ordered a curved sliding patio door, which we arranged to pick up from Balcony's premises. Overall we're very happy with the service and we couldn't fault the company. We are happy to recommend Balcony as we were really pleased with all aspects of the service, from ordering to the product itself. Everything was first class. "
