Balcony Systems ltd have some unique and niche products.

When a client or customer sees a picture or reads about a Curved Patio Door or a Custom sized Juliet Balcony one of the first things that comes to mind is "Well.what does it cost?".

Now the age old answer of you need to send us exact sizes, and what you want before we can give you exact answers etc. Now this leaves the client frustrated at not getting an answer straight away. In the world we live in we want to know RIGHT NOW!

Balcony Systems web designers wanted to break the mold, we wanted to give anyone who wanted to get a price for a glass balustrade, a Juliet Balcony or a curved sliding patio door their price right there and then.

Now this is not an easy task, glass railings or balustrades come in all shapes and sizes, curved or straight, long or short, with clear glass or tinted glass. Juliet balconies need to suit openings from as small as 1.0m up to 4.0m. And curved sliding patio doors have many configurations, from two panels or doors up to 6 sliding doors, endless radii are possible.

The challenge was there and our designers have met this challenge quite remarkably.

www.balconette.co.uk has three interactive online shops.

Juliette Shop: The user enters the opening width that they require a Juliet balcony for and the website gives them the closest standard off the shelf product or an option to design a custom Juliet. If the user opts for a custom Juliet they enter the colour and glass type and get an instant price quote on the spot. Everything up to this stage the user can do anonymously from here the user can either save the quote in the system for later reference or choose to go on and purchase the item.

Balustrade Shop: Here the user has the choice of several model types, or if he can't find the model required, can make their own custom model of balustrade. The user then enters the dimensions of their balcony that a glass rail is required for, choose glass type and handrail colour and the website calculates an instant price quote.  Again everything up to this stage the user can do anonymously from here the user can either save the quote in the system for later reference or choose to go on and purchase the balustrade or balustrades.

Curved Patio Doors Shop: The user chooses from the two patio door systems, Balcony 91 or Balcony Visioglide 100, then the user has the choice of several configurations of sliding and fixed door model types. Once the user chooses the curved patio door model they want they can then enter the dimensions of their curved doors, choose glass type and frame colour and the website calculates an instant price quote.  Again everything up to this stage can be done anonymously, from here the user can either save the quote in the system for later reference or choose to go on and purchase the Curved door in the quote.

For each shop there is a delivery calculator so that the client can know 100% all their related costs for ordering.

Not surprisingly we get over 1500 quotations online in any given months by users on our various shops. We find this gives our potential customers the feeling there is nothing hidden in our costs and that we are very open with our information.

This also ensures we offer a fair price to ANYONE!
