Once the pre-installation dimensions and planning was sorted, the installation of the top and bottom rails and the 3 glass panes was so straight forward that there was no need for an additional pair of hands. The quality of all components was exceptionally good, robust, good quality finishing and stylish.

The knowledge of staff I dealt with prior to placing my order was excellent and very helpful. The ordering process was simple, delivery timely with all items arriving very well packed and thus undamaged. After sales service was very good, with staff able to answer the one or two questions I had.

I had very specific requirements for my balcony system due clay tile cladding and the need for minimal framing etc. This system solved both issues at a very competitive rate in comparison to other products on the market.
