Dedicated Direct Delivery - Delivery Option Explained:
We offer a premium direct delivery option for customers who require a guaranteed delivery timeslot and assurance that their products will arrive together on the desired day. Our dedicated direct delivery service is personalised to each customer; we assign a single driver to collect the goods from our warehouse and they drive directly to your property. This premium service is designed to give the customer full control over the delivery by choosing the specific time and date of the products’ arrival.
Note regards Curved Door orders: Our Curved Glass Doors necessitate particular care when in transit due to their high value and bespoke design, therefore we only offer the direct delivery as a shipment option.
What access is required?
- The direct delivery service will usually deliver your goods in either a 3.5 or 7.5 tonne rear tail lift vehicle. Although, the delivery vehicle may vary depending on the size of your order, for example, small-sized orders could arrive on a smaller panel vehicle, whereas extra-large orders could arrive on an articulated vehicle.
- The smaller panel, 3.5 and 7.5 tonne vehicles will be able to access a residential road.
- You will be notified if your order is due to arrive on an articulated vehicle as you will need to ensure that there are no vehicle or parking restrictions that prevent access.
- Please ensure that the goods can be offloaded outside of your premises and that are is sufficient turning space.

Curved Doors: How are my products packaged?

- The curved frame is protectively wrapped and secured on the vehicle without a pallet.

How are my products offloaded?
- Direct delivery providers offer curbside delivery. What this means is that the driver will park the vehicle in a position closest to your premises and will use the rear tail lift to mechanically lower the glass to ground level. A pump truck will be used to lift and offload your glass stillage curbside at the edge of your premises.
- The metalwork will arrive in separate, long packages and the recipient(s) will need to be present to assist offloading the goods by hand.
- Placement of the goods inside your property by the driver is not permitted and it is your responsibility as the customer to dispose of the wooden stillage(s) and any protective packaging.
Curved Doors: How are my products offloaded?
- Direct delivery providers offer curbside delivery from a curtainside vehicle. The weight and unusual shape of the curved doors means that they will need to be offloaded from the side of the vehicle where a tarpaulin curtain is retracted to allow access for oversized goods.
- You will need to coordinate with your installation team to assist with offloading since the products are transported at a height and are a weight that would need manpower or machinery such as a forklift to lower the metal stillage to ground level.
- The glass doors are heavy and bulky items; therefore it is recommended that you enquire about the specific size and weight of your curved doors prior to arrival to ensure that you have an adequate number of personnel present at the time of unloading if you need to manually handle the goods.
- The metalwork frame will arrive separately wrapped and the recipient(s) will need to be present to assist offloading the goods by hand from the curtainside vehicle.
- Placement of the goods inside your property is not permitted by the driver and it is your responsibility as the customer to dispose of the metal stillage(s) and any protective packaging.
When will my delivery arrive?
- Our products are made to order so delivery will only be available once production of your system has been completed.

- If for any reason you need to change your booked delivery date, you can do this at no extra cost if you provide us with 48 hours' notice.
- There must be a recipient present at the shipping address to accept delivery on the day.
How are my products tracked?
- Your products will arrive within the allocated delivery time slot.
- If previously agreed with our in-house logistics team, the driver will give a courtesy phone or text 30-60 minutes before arrival.
- Make a cursory inspection when the goods arrive to check that all items have been received and that there are no visible damages to the packages. In the rare occasion you notice missing or damaged products, please disclose this information with any supporting images to our team immediately so we can resolve your issue promptly.
