I was really impressed with the customer support, I think from 3 or 4 Balcony Systems employee's, always helpful and they liaised with the interfaces with Autocad too which made for a perfect installation. All 3 items were installed without any problem all be it quite time consuming. Would definitely recommend to enyone. great service and great product. Not had any after sales contact apart from when a few minor items for the balustrades were missing but they were sent ASAP and didn't case delay, really impressed.
