For a very slight customization (slightly bigger than standard size), the The process to purchase is complicated and the cost are a little higher. Also, some of the T&C were not made clear until after payment was made which makes me uncomfortable - these should be made available prior to payment and committing to buying.
Given Balconette know the surface to which the balconies were to be fixed too, I think the fixings should've been provided to make the overall installation process easier and quicker.
That said and done, now that the balconies (I purchased 2 which are exactly the same) are installed, I am happy with them. They look good and make a big difference to the overall appearance of the house.
