After payment of the deposit we will take you through a robust technical process which includes a questionnaire and then a thorough technical interview with your assigned Technical Solution Specialist. This technical process covers all the important points required to ensure we get it right.
After this interview we will work with you to produce the Design Drawings for your order. These will be sent to you or your builder to check and approve.
The drawings will be revised as needed until you are completely satisfied and happy to approve them, after which the order will go into manufacture/production.
