Placing an Order, How It Works
Here's what to do and how it works, once you have your quote.
1. Place your order, either online or by calling our sales office, you can use approximate measurements
2. Once ‘Order Confirmation’ is signed and a deposit paid, your order is moved to our technical department
3. Drawings are produced and all measurements and technical specs are 100% finalised to your satisfaction
4. Upon sign-off of technical drawings, your order is moved to manufacturing
5. Our estimated manufacturing time frame for balustrades is 4-6 weeks
6. Once manufacturing completed, final payment is made and a delivery date is booked
