I first discovered Balconette back in 2013 or 2014 when I was building some houses to sell and they were a pleasure to work with. When it came to the technical department, I found that the staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had. My carpenters had never fitted a balustrade before but were able to work it out due to the comprehensive online materials / videos / instructions and with some help from Balconette’s technical team. When it came to our current self-build in Gloucestershire, I knew that I would be getting a good-looking, yet easy to install balustrade and once again, Balconette did not disappoint.
