We know that sometimes it can be hard to visualise what a balcony would look like in real life, and you may want to reassure yourself that you are happy to buy a Balconette product. So here at Balconette we have created a great solution for that.
We not only have great reviews, but some of our customers become our Ambassadors! Our Ambassadors are so satisfied with their products that they are happy to share them with future Balconette customers. So as an alternative to popping into our showroom in Surrey, you can visit one of our Ambassadors to see and touch the balcony first-hand, talk to the Ambassador about the product, ordering process or any questions you may have relating to this.
Please see our current Ambassador locations below and get in touch by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

"We were fortunate to have found Balconette for our extensive project and I'd love to help everyone find their perfect Balconette system!"
"I could have chosen a cheap surround system but I wanted a glass balcony from Balconette and I'm so pleased, it's made my project look absolutely superb!"
"Best of all was the fact I could have 14 metres of clear glass balustrading without a single post! This keeps our totally transparent view from the garden across the valley beyond. Our neighbours are extremely impressed, as indeed are we."
"I went for the satinised self cleaning option. Very easy to assemble but very strong once put together. I would recommend Balconette."
"Our Balconette product enhances the property from the outside and it’s great to be able to enjoy the views of the sea and countryside whilst using the balcony and the room connected without hideous bars blocking the view."
"It’s so lovely to be able to sit on our decking enjoying the views thanks to the glass balcony. We weren’t sure whether to have a handrail originally, now we are so glad we did as it enables us to not only hold on safely whilst walking around the Orangery, but enables us to stop, lean on the balcony and simply enjoy our views!"
"After viewing a number of the products on the Internet, I had a ‘gut feeling’ that Balconette was the best! My instinct about the quality of Balconette’s product proved correct, the glass balustrade was easy to fit and is very stable! My study/bedroom is on a mezzanine so the Glass Balustrade allows me to look out over the Minch and to The Isle of Skye and the west coast of the NW Scottish mainland!"
"There are no upright posts to spoil the view and we now have a sheltered spot with a clear view to relax in. We looked at various websites but were impressed with Balconette’s layout and description. Contacts with Balconette’s staff were found to be professional and efficient. Delivery was on time and instructions clear and concise. "
"The sleek lines of Balconette’s glass balustrade and Juliet with minimum interruption of the view gave us all we wanted and has provided the wow factor whenever we have visitors who see it for the first time."
"I feel it is a beautiful product that a professional with no previous experience can easily install. The balustrade enhances the outside of our house and I am very pleased with the look. "
"We completed the installation in a day and visitors regularly comment on how great it looks. I would certainly recommend Balconette. It was head and shoulders above what we saw elsewhere."
