I chose your products because I liked the design with the rails & glass panels.The aluminium finish of the rails coordinated with the colour of my Lindab guttering/downpipes and my venetian blinds. Also at the rear of my house I have Richard Burbage Decking rails, again with an alumimium finish, so together from my personal view, they all look coordinated and very attractive. No problems found, the leadtime for the delivery of the first balcony was quite long ( 6 weeks I think) but this was OK. The service was good and the packaging was 'fit for purpose' to reduce the risk of any damage.Your staff were polite and helpful,well done. Good value, I was pleased with the product and the installation was straight forward
