Product was to a very high standard, I am a Carpenter by trade and I think any one who is practical would find the installation of one of your balconys relatively simple,everything went very well,all of the components fitted perfectly, in fact I carried out the fitting single handed with no problems. The rigidity of the handrail was exceptional. Aesthetically with no posts or unsightly glass clamps it is the best I have seen. I have shown the balcony in photo to the committe of Dolphin Court Flats in Weymouth and they are impressed and have ordered 9 balconys which I will be fitting in the near future. I found the company very efficient and quick to respond to any questions regarding the product. 100% value for money,there are cheaper balconys on the market but I`m only interested in high quality and prompt service which in turn helps my business sustain a good reputation.
