Whilst my balcony is merely a straight 4m run containing 3 glass panels, it really does look magnificent. The balcony is situated above our new garden room extension on our first floor new home office. It allows us to look down into the garden the room, and permits even more natural light into the office. The company is easy to deal with, clear and transparent(just like the products), but most important all the team are really friendly and helpful.

The whole order process was efficient and logical, with delivery taking place precisely as agreed. Each component was carefully packed and labelled, making installation straight forward. I did obtain quotes from other suppliers, which were considerably more expensive than Balconette, this initially made me nervous, but meeting the Balconette team at a self-build exhibition and speaking with the technical guys on the phone, gave me the confidence to go ahead and place the order.
